DOMUS SAGA

Domus Saga, which is part of an important renovation project of an isolated villa near Florence, is a great example of “plastic architecture”. The shapes, geometric balance, surfaces, volumes, chromaticism and materiality of this project are the result of comprehensive and multi-disciplinary research that produced "a comfortable monolith”. Wood, iron, glass, marble and natural stones, together with a carefully studied use of light, create a container equipped with highly technological systems: energy efficiency heating/cooling systems and smart home automation systems that allowed DOMUS SAGA to attain the highest energy class.
